We don’t have dumplings often, but that’s gonna change. We love them, but work a lot and don’t have time to go out. This is a game changer. I made a couple quick samples just to test it. It was easy to use and worked like a charm. Good, simple product.

This Suuker dumpling making machine is a little marvel. I charged it up and was able to make a huge pile of dumplings in no time flat. I remembered to moisten the edges of the dough with a little wash of water and egg white and the seal was perfect. I cut the rolled out dough in to little circles and put them on the device.. A spoonful of filling a press of the button and voila! A perfectly shaped and sealed dumpling. It seals them well because none of them came apart in the boiling water. Very handy gadget!

Great size and easy to use. Also fast to make all the dumplings or empanadas in my case, we also did some candy empanadas and it worked perfectly with the dough that we did, easy to store and put apart. 100% Recommend.

We like an occasional dumpling/potsticker now and again and thought it would be fun to make our own. We made a mess the first time trying it manually so we ended up getting this machine. The first time we tried it we totally overstuffed our dumplings (we like them bigger!) and it didn’t work out too well. Ended up bringing the filling down a bit and things got so smooth after. It was crazy how quickly we were knocking them out. Lay out dough, fill, push button, pop, done. Once they were sealed, they never came apart. We usually steam them in a steamer basked over a pot and they worked like a charm. I usually like to fry them a little bit after as well in a bit of olive oil to give them a crispy edge.

I got this ’cause we make wontons for soup often and thought this would help speed up the process. After using it for a few wontons, I’ve decided that it was trash and proceed to finish the rest by hand. The problem is that it’s just not strong enough, not enough power to do a complete rotation. My wonton wrapping was not particularly thick and I’ve only put a little bit of meat filling on, because too much the mold would push extra fillings out. Anyway, it’ll work for some, but more often than not, it would get stuck a quarter of the way in, and there’s no manual way to force it to complete its rotation. As mentioned, for the ones that did work, it can only accommodate very little filling so if you like your wontons with lots of fillings, you’d better off do it by hand. Complete garbage. I was looking forward to this product but they definitely need to do more R&D.

I had a lot of help with this product. Easy to use and well made product. It was like having two extra set of hands in the kitchen.

Okay, I took the time to try this multiple times with various doughs and wrappers. The conclusion I came to is that you kinda get what you pay for. On one hand, it’s not super powerful and lacks the oomph to handle stiffer and cold doughs/wrappers. It does a good job on softer fresh dough though. Then again, it’s only a $30 machine, so anyone expecting an industrial quality motor is expecting too much anyways. I should still be capable of doing what it’s advertised to do, but it’s honestly hit or miss and I don’t know about you, but I don’t like tossing money at products that MIGHT work for my needs. It’s not particularly easy to clean and it does take a little time to get a feel for just how much filling is as much as you can put in there without it having problems sealing. So at best this is just an average inexpensive machine that if you can afford, maybe take a chance on but if you want a sure thing, I’d look elsewhere.

I was excited when the machine arrived but now I’m disappointed.I make wontons and pot stickers by hand was thought this would save time. The first dumpling went through the machine with 2 pushes of the button, it was a struggle. The wrappers were regular store bought and not over filled. The second dumpling took multiple pushes of the button. I then gave up and made them by hand. The finished result looks neat and well sealed and it’s a great idea but the motor needs to be more powerful

This cuts work significantly when making your own dumplings or wontons. When we do them at home my 8yo usually is the one that seals them up and she is very much a perfectionist so it takes ages …. but we used this last night and with her only having to push 1 button it was a breeze! The only problem is that if you put too much filling in it struggles quite a bit to turn I wish there was a better way to gauge filling needed.

I had one of these but mine was manual and it broke on me it was nice to use but this is way better. I can tell it is even better than the manual one I had. I can’t say I can see using the 30 back to back because I’m just not fast enough but someone more advanced with this would probably find that it helps get them done fast and move on to cooking. We like to use ours for our dumplings and stuff them with cheese or we will use them for our cream cheese won tons. Either way its very simple to use anyone can do it you just go to learn how much stuff you can put in them because its not as much as you think for it to do it right. I love this is rechargeable though and the display screen is easy to see when the red light is active and when it counts down for the 30 back to back as well. It does a great job I do recommend it.

When we first started using it, we ended up overstuffing it at first. After a few tries, we ended up getting it just right and the process went very smoothly from there on out. This isn’t the easiest thing to clean, but it’s worth it with how much time it saves us by not having to hand stuff and seal each dumpling.I’m very glad we got this. We usually end up stopping once we have 50 dumplings because our hands are cramping. This allows us to breeze through twice as many in about half the time. This is great for personal use or given as a gift.

I made a batch of gyoza (potstickers) the other night and they were super easy to do. I found the press easy to operate and it performed well. I did use gyoza skins since they are thinner than wonton skins. They recommend not using wonton skins, I believe they are too thick for the machine to handle. I charged it fully before use and made about 40 gyoza and it still had a decent charge left. You first brush some water along the edge of the skin with the supplied brush and place it on the machine. Add a little filling, making sure it is centered in the skin. Press the button and it rotates and crimps the dumpling together. If you use too much filling it will squeeze out so a little experimentation is in order. Less is better. The clean up was easy and fast. I plan on trying to make my own dough next since it is easy to make. They recommend rolling it thin, 1mm to 2mm. My wife and I enjoyed making the gyozas and are really pleased with the product. I think it would be great to do with the whole family. I give it 4 1/2 stars.
