Friday, February 10, we will celebrate the International Day of legumes. Lentils, peas, beans, broad beans, soybeans,… legumes only have qualities and it is recommended to integrate them daily into our diet. Well known to vegetarians and vegans, they are sources of protein, fiber, nutrients, they are gluten-free, they facilitate transit and prevent cardiovascular diseases and certain cancers. 💪🔥
