This festive salad looks like a sparkling, glittery Christmas tree! Tangerine, pomegranate, grapes, cranberries, spinach shoots, … without forgetting the little star at the top 😀
- 100 g baby spinach
- 1 grenade
- 80 g grapes
- 2 tangerines, peeled and cut in half
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 case dried cranberries
- 1 apple, diced
- 50 g pecan nuts, coarsely crushed
- 1 case Maple syrup
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 case cider vinegar
Prevents your screen from going to sleep
- Prepare all your ingredients, put them in a salad bowl (except the baby spinach) with the vinaigrette. Mix and leave to cool.
- You can serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Before serving, add the spinach shoots and decorate with a bread star 😉
