Vegetarian recipe – Christmas tree salad

This festive salad looks like a sparkling, glittery Christmas tree! Tangerine, pomegranate, grapes, cranberries, spinach shoots, … without forgetting the little star at the top 😀

  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 1 grenade
  • 80 g grapes
  • 2 tangerines, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 case dried cranberries
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 50 g pecan nuts, coarsely crushed

Vinaigrette

  • 1 case Maple syrup
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 case cider vinegar

Prevents your screen from going to sleep

  • Prepare all your ingredients, put them in a salad bowl (except the baby spinach) with the vinaigrette. Mix and leave to cool.
  • You can serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Before serving, add the spinach shoots and decorate with a bread star 😉
