Yum !! This vegetarian creamy tomato and spinach pasta recipe is just so tasty and delicious! Perfect for busy weeknights!
- 15 ml olive oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 0.5 ccc oregano
- 2 case tomato puree
- 300 g pasta
- 50 g spinach, coarsely chopped
- 20 key sour cream
- 40 g Grated parmesan

Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan.
Add the onion, the garlic, cook for 2 minutes, add the crushed tomatoes, the oregano, the tomato puree, salt, pepper, mix, cook for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, start cooking the pasta.
Add spinach to sauce a little at a time, until wilted, about 5 minutes. Add fresh cream, mix well. Add the pasta, mix, check the seasoning.
Serve with parmesan.
