Vegetarian recipe – Creamy pasta with tomatoes and spinach, very easy

Yum !! This vegetarian creamy tomato and spinach pasta recipe is just so tasty and delicious! Perfect for busy weeknights!

  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 400 g crushed tomatoes
  • 0.5 ccc oregano
  • 2 case tomato puree
  • 300 g pasta
  • 50 g spinach, coarsely chopped
  • 20 key sour cream
  • 40 g Grated parmesan

  • Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan.

  • Add the onion, the garlic, cook for 2 minutes, add the crushed tomatoes, the oregano, the tomato puree, salt, pepper, mix, cook for 5 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, start cooking the pasta.

  • Add spinach to sauce a little at a time, until wilted, about 5 minutes. Add fresh cream, mix well. Add the pasta, mix, check the seasoning.

  • Serve with parmesan.
